Please meet our wonderful team who have been chosen for their exemplary customer service skills and caring natures. Their aim is to provide a first class, caring service and to support you on your journey back to health.
Some things you may like to know about our team:
They really do care about you. Those smiles are not false! They enjoy hearing about how you’re doing and what new things you can do as a result of your health improvements. They are there for you and you can be assured that whatever you tell them remains confidential.
They attend up to 6 seminars a year to mix with the chiropractic profession, and to focus on customer service as well as chiropractic. This means our staff are well informed about general chiropractic concepts as well as caring. Please be aware, however, that as they are not chiropractors, they cannot advise you specifically about your individual condition or programme of care.
Nothing is too much trouble. They will make you a drink, look after your child, call a taxi for you, do up your shoe laces, photocopy an article for you, answer your general questions, give you a reminder call – anything you need.
Vicky
Vicky, recently married, comes from Durban in South Africa. Not having been in Norwich long, she is still finding her way around. With a background in sales and travel, she loves meeting new people and.... you've guessed it .... travelling! Vicky describes herself as a passionate person with a zest for life and wants to pass that on. So, if you're feeling a bit grumpy when you come in, you won't be for long with Vicky around!
Louanne
Louanne who has previously worked in the beauty sector joined us in 2006 and says she has met many wonderful people at Norwich Chiropractic Centre. Louanne is a qualified masseuse. Louanne has been learning how to conduct spinal screenings with our state of the art computerised scanning equipment along with how to demonstrate exercises to patients using a fit ball. Louanne is also a qualified masseuse.
Rosemary
As Neil’s wife, Rosemary oversees both practices doing her utmost to ensure patient’s expectations are not just met, but exceeded. Having been exposed to chiropractic all her life, she is passionate about the profession and its direction. Many other chiropractors, including the single and female have expressed their wish to have a ‘chiropractic wife’ like Rosemary!
